Audiolingual method (and review of method GTM and DM)

This week we have a review of the topics Grammar translation method and direct method, We were talking about some techniques that can be applied to these methods and we discussed what was the one that helps us learn better, we also created a table with some techniques that were shown in videos

In direct method there are some things that should be taken into account when applying this method, some are:

• Proliferation - repetition
• Visual support (Crucial in Direct Method)
• Listening activities 
• Oral exercises and tasks ( Work in groups, pairs and dialogues)
• Strees free and supportive environment 
• Words families 

On Thursday we began to see another method to teach, this is called Audiolingual Method, also known as The Army Method or Listen - and - repeat method, this is a bit like the Direct method and some of its techniques are: 

• Dialogues and drill 
• Behaviorism 
• Reinforcement 
• Positive Reinforment 

For this method we did some things that could be done in a class, I think I will always remember the "El Lic Orlando se lava la sandia todas las mañanas" jjajaja was funny
