Learning Styles
Hi!😄
Well this week we were learning a little more about the types of learning, these are 4: Visual Auditoy, Read/write and Kinesthetic.
Visual: Students with a visual preference learn best through images, diagrams, graphics and other visual elements. The use of visual presentations, concept maps and videos is highly beneficial for these students. They are able to remember and better understand the information when they can see it graphically represented.
Auditory: Auditory students learn best through the sense of hearing. For them, verbal explanations, discussions and reading aloud are valuable tools. They may also benefit from the use of audio recordings and verbal repetition of information.
Reading/Writing: This modality refers to students who prefer to learn through reading and writing. They take detailed notes, highlight key information and make summaries to process and retain content. Written materials, such as textbooks and notes, are fundamental to your learning.
Kinesthetic: Kinesthetic students learn best through movement and practical practice. They need to physically participate in the learning experience, perform practical activities, experiment and touch objects. Experience-based learning and practical work is essential for these students.
We also did some tests to know what kind of learning we have, in my case the two tests gave the same result, my way of learning is Kinesthetic.
These are my results of the VARK tests taken in class:
Visual (A) Auditory (B) Kinesthetic (C)
6 11 13
what I think of my result is Kinesthetic
